Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
Product Issues: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order to report any issues otherwise, the product will not be eligible for a refund after this period.
Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us within 48 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be eligible for cancellation.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@shopkwick.com and send your item to our address .
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning a product, you are responsible for any return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
